About me
After many years as a hotel manager I went on to set up The Robins Nest coffee shop and private catering business in Lucan county Dublin. Thirteen years later I sold the business and went into teaching for the VEC in a number of community programmes in the Dublin area. My work involved working with young people teaching them nutrition and culinary skills to enable them to achieve FETAC level qualifications. Three years ago I decided to take the plunge go back into business. I started my new venture from my kitchen table. Since then I have acquired a Diploma in sugar craft and have attended many classes in specialised cake design.

All my cakes are filled with love! I adore designing and baking them. The business has since grown, my kitchen is HSE approved and I have over 25 years experience in the business. I have been taking commissions for my bespoke homemade cakes for all sorts of occasions from christenings and birthdays to weddings and corporate events at affordable prices. My cakes have become well known throughout Leinster and surrounding areas.
